Cypress Creek EMS Named as Top Ten of 911 Services in Nationwide Patient Satisfaction Survey

Houston, TX October 19, 2020: In a recent nationwide survey by EMS Survey Team, Cypress Creek EMS (CCEMS) is named as the seventh ranked EMS service for comparatively sized companies and 18th nationwide overall for patient satisfaction.

From January 1 to September 30, the EMS Survey Team questioned 428 CCEMS patients asking them to review CCEMS services including timeliness of ambulance arrival, extent of information shared by the medics, care and concern shown by medics who arrived and comfort of the ride to the hospital.

“CCEMS ranked above benchmarks all across the board for every category from skill of the medics to dispatcher expertise, “says Wren Nealy Jr., chief executive officer for Cypress Creek EMS. “Our highest scores were for the degree to which the medic took the problems seriously and the care shown by the medics who arrived with the ambulance. It’s nice to have the recognition, but this only underscores what we already know our CCEMS team is the best at what they do- the absolute gold standard for emergency care.”

The EMS Survey Team surveyed 65,942 EMS patients nationwide to compile their survey. The EMS Survey Team is the market leader in the collection and measurement of the quality of both EMS patient experience and employee engagement. The EMS Survey Team enables EMS agencies to analyze patient experiences by measuring satisfaction, and benchmarking services against other providers in the industry.
