We have a 24/7 Global Operations Control Center (GOCC) and one phone call sets our team in motion for both domestic and international transports. Our GOCC and flight coordinators manage all aspects of the transport, including:

• Insurance coordination, screening and pre-authorizations
• Assistance with acceptance by a receiving facility and physician for patients in need of immediate repatriation to the United States from anywhere in the world
• Medical report, medical crew assignment, and briefing
• Flight status and patient condition reporting with the receiving facility and physician during the entire transport
• Coordination with patient family members throughout the transport process to assist with their needs
• Medical coordination of all ground ambulance transports bedside-to-bedside

Operations Control Center

We have FAA Part 135 licensed flight dispatchers that handle all international permitting, immigration, customs and handling as well as all flight plans and evacuations that set the industry standard.
