Our commitment to safety extends from Creek AirCare personnel to our fleet, equipment, and throughout our entire operations. Our staff is trained in the use of our Emergency Response Plan (ERP). Creek AirCare conducts routine drills of the ERP as part of our FAA Approved Safety Management System. These drills involve all departments, are reviewed by leadership, and are debriefed in conjunction with our Director of Safety.

Creek AirCare is in active pursuit of accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS) and the European Aero-Medical Institute (EURAMI). These accreditations cover every part of Creek AirCare operations from patient care to aircraft certification, ensuring we meet strict standards for safety and quality management.
